A disgruntled customer launched a viscous attack across social media, posting false reviews and threatening to broaden publication to mainstream media in order to maximise reputational damage to the clinic.
Continuous 24/7 risk assessment across online and mainstream media was invoked to ensure the client was immediately aware of and could rebut slanderous posts, alongside the rapid removal of posts by major online platforms as a result of RiskEye interaction.
The client was able to identify and manage the impact from a sustained online attack, whilst RiskEye sucessfully worked to have slanderous posts taken down. The client retains ongoing risk tracking to safeguard against any future such attack.
